Mrs. Sarabeth Hesteande
Welome family's and friends of Pilot Point High School and the Pilot Point FFA. My name is Sarabeth Hesteande and I am one of three teachers here in the Agricultural Science Department along with Mr. Hesteande and Ms. Grona. I am excited to be getting the opportunity to work with each and everyone of you throughout the school year and helping students figure out what their passions in life might be.
As an educator, student success both inside and outside the classroom are among my top priorities. Along with being actively involved in the classroom and helping my students by "doing to learn" there is something for everyone in our department. From the wood shop to vet med and from animal production to floral design, we cover just about everything.
Being involved in and with the FFA is also another exciting opportunity for our students here at Pilot Point High School. With the chance to see different parts of Texas while traveling to various events throughout the year along with the many schlorship opportunities for our students to help them further their education, the FFA is a chance for our students to get out and go see the world. The FFA and our department has something for everyone and it is through Mr. Hesteande's, Mr. Milner's and my classes that I hope each and every one of my students finds something they are just as passionate about as I am. So I encourage you to get involved and try something new, you might just like it.
