Registration forms for families needing help with next year's school supplies are being sent home with students at the elementary and intermediate campuses, and delivered to the middle school and high school campuses in May. Forms must be returned to school by May 30. (This date is a change from the original announcement.)

If you miss the deadline, you may register at Shepherd's Storehouse. Or you may mail the form, postmarked by June 30, to Tammy Oveross, P.O. Box 1324, Pilot Point, Texas 76258.

Extra forms are available at each PPISD campus office, Shepherd's Storehouse, the PPISD administration office, and local churches.

Unregistered students will be offered unclaimed and extra school supplies at 4:00 on the day of the fair. First come, first serve.

This is a community-wide effort by local churches, businesses, organizations, and individuals to assist students enrolling in Pilot Point ISD who are experiencing a financial crisis.
