    Admission Cost

    PPYSA passes are NOT accepted at the Gate

    Players do not pay

    Athletes need to bring a dollar each week and will be given a sandwhich, chips, and a drink either before the game or after the game.  Eating together builds a sense of team and family.  Since kickoff is at 4 this will help make sure that all athletes eat something, since there is not enough time to go anywhere after school on game days with kickoff happening at 4:00PM. 

    4:00- 8th Grade B Team Scrimmage

                Players must be dressed and ready by 3:45  

    1-    20 minute Running Clock Game

    Coaches will be on the field, no kicking, ball will start on the 30 yard line, 4th down offense can elect to punt for 30 yards.  Clock will stop on possession changes and will start on the snap of the football.    


    APPROXIMATELY 4:30 7th Grade Kick off

                Players will report to the track to watch as a team at 4:00

                7th Grade will play 4- 6:00 minute quarters, with a 5 minute halftime


    Five minute break


    APPROXIMATELY 5:45 start time

    Players will report to the track to watch the scrimmage and 7th grade game at 4:00

                8th Grade will play 4- 8:00 minute quarters, with a 5 minute halftime

    Five Minute break

    At the conclusion of the game players will shake hands with Gunter and will jog into the locker room.  Players will be dismissed and will go to the stands to see parents and friends after changing clothes.  Game jerseys will be handed out and turned in each game day.  Athletes need to be sure to wear their long white socks for all games.  Dress Code for game day is a collared shirt tucked in and looking your best.

    Every Athlete will need a new physical for every year.  Below is the physical form.

    UIL Physical Form


    PPHS will be hosting annual physicals at HS Cafe on May 11th, starting at 2pm-6pm, starting with athletic classes, all others will follow afterschool.  The doors will be closing @ 5:45pm, NO exceptions. (We will NOT accept anyone after 5:45pm)

    The cost is $15 per student athlete.  Please CASH ONLY, NO CHECKS!!!!  

    Proceeds go to the Doctors providing the physicals and the PPHS Athletic Training Program.
