Ms. Hillary Brann
Hello, my name is Hillary Brann and I am a graduate from Texas Woman's University with a degree that allows me to work with early childhood to 6th grade. This is my first year of teaching and am excited for all the learning that will happen this school year.
I have a 8 year old Catahoula dog named Sadie and I am a big Texas Christian University fan. I have family members that have graduated from the school as well as played football and baseball for the Horned Frogs. With that I have gone to TCU games since I was little. Some of those family members are educator that work around the Fort Worth area, including my mother.
When I was in 5th grade I moved to Aledo, which was a small town when I attended and we were the orange and black Bearcats. I struggled in the classroom when I was a child but the teachers who spend that extra time to help made a difference in my life. In high school I was a member of the choir and softball team all 4 years which had me very active during the school year. After high school I was a private nanny for a family with 3 children, who I still see often, for 3 years.
I went to Texas Woman's University when I decided that teaching children was my passion. Finding my calling has me always looking for new ways to improve myself in this profession. I am honored to be the 5th grade science teacher for the graduating class of 2025 and my goal for each student is to become a lifelong learner. GO BEARCATS!
