Ms. Kimberly Dunlap
My name is Kim Dunlap. I have been with Pilot Point ISD for 8 years. My first 5 years with Pilot Point, I was a Special Education Aide on the Elementary campus. In 2014-2015 I became a Special Education teacher at the Elementary campus. In 2015 I moved to the Intermediate campus to teach Special Education where I still am today. I earned my ESL certification in 2016. I have a great group of aides that I work with in the Special Education classroom. Without each of them, we could not have a well oiled machine.
I love working with children, especially Special Education children. I have four children, a daughter-in-law, a son-in-law, three grand-daughters, and one grand-son. I have lived in Pilot Point for over 23 years. I have one daughter left at home, Baylynn, whom is a Senior this 2017-2018 school year. I love working in Pilot Point and raising my family here. This is a wonderful town and a fantastic district to work for.
When I am not at the school, I am watching my daughter play sports and just being with my family and friends. If you attend the football games you can find me among my family and friends cheering on the Bearcats! I am looking forward to having a great year with the students and their parents. I thank you for entrusting me with your child each and everyday during the school year. If you ever need anything just send me an e-mail and I will gladly help in anyway I can. Go Bearcats/Ladycats!!!
